Higher than Earth is about hope for change, and how that change of a person, as small as it is in the big picture of the whole world, means everything but also nothing. It is filled with longing, failure, and hope. Haunting and ethereal, HTE reflects on the incredible depth of a human soul and its need and want to change to survive.

We’re proud to create this dreaminess with the talented Joo Baldi, a self-made producer based in Hamburg, Germany.

“Andrea (Joo Baldi) approached me with a finished backtrack, asking whether I would consider changing it - finishing it with my own touch, my songwriting and singing. As I pushed play on my iPhone, I felt like I am hearing a soundtrack to my life. I was walking in a very rainy street, and felt drowned in the song, understanding that it was truly tailor-made for me personally, pouring myself into it in the next weeks – just like the rain into the already wet Earth.”
